By taking into account various pre-defined parameters such as depth, speed, ballast, buoyancy, size of doors, length of sweeps, shooting ratio..., the « Dynamit Trawl  »software programme simulates the dynamic behaviour of the trawl before it is made.

We are able to estimate data such as vertical opening, horizontal opening, the resulting tensions on the net, etc. and thus we can determine the performance of the trawl before it is made. The aim of a digital simulation is to achieve better vertical and horizontal openings, which, together with a reduced drag, will enable you to save on fuel.
