Our manufacturing process
Our manufacturing process combines traditional know-how with cutting-edge, high-performance techniques.
Nylon and polyethylene filaments are braided on state-of-the-art machines, while net webs are produced on modern looms.
Our bed sheets then undergo an autoclave treatment, developed by our engineers. This treatment enables uniform stabilization of the mesh size by wet steam, at temperatures between 110°C and 130°C, under high pressure.
This ensures optimum knot tightness and high mesh stability. What's more, our autoclave treatment significantly reduces mesh shrinkage, particularly in aquatic environments.
