BREZLINE follows a rigorous and unique manufacturing process. Quality control is carried out at every stage. The "hot melt" process is available on 8 mm.
Resistant:A special extrusion process significantly improves Brezline's resistance to wear and tear.
Stable: BREZLINE is a very compact wire. The wire's closed braiding limits the penetration of impurities (sand, sediment, etc.) into the braid, giving great stability to the mesh size.
Tightening knots is difficult on such hard fibers, so autoclave treatment allows knots to be properly tied.
Cost-effective: Users have found a BREZLINE codend to be more efficient for species such as squid, red mullet, langoustine... Tests carried out on trawlers working on very hard bottoms have shown that a BREZLINE codend has a much longer lifespan than a standard green PE codend.
