Rope
polyamide
Polyamide fiber (PA) is the material par excellence for designing nets, ropes and seines. It is a free-flowing rope with good elasticity (breaking strength close to 40%) and memory effect.
APPLICATION
- Trawl: Bottom trawl: wingwinder, beast rope, spinner, cod-end closure Pelagic trawl: cod-end closure, trawl jaws
- Seines: Tuna seines: fore/aft wing, high rope, double selvedge, frame stitch, headstocks Sardine seines: tale line, various uses on deck
- Aquaculture: Conchyliculture: mooring buoys on longlines and hanks, orins
- multiple uses : mooring, lifting, anchoring, towing
